They’re committed to delivering that homemade quality in every dish, bringing people a taste of Egypt, and making sure each meal is both fulfilling and healthy. The most popular menu items are Mama’s baklava, 7-layer falafel bowl, and cheesy stuffed falafel.

The Falafel Factory is ran by a husband + wife duo who were inspired to start their food truck journey to introduce people to authentic Mediterranean food. A menu special for them is the falafel, made fresh from fava beans as opposed to chickpeas!
