I’m always hands-on, whether I’m behind the grill or serving you directly, because I believe people should know exactly who made their food. What really drives me is the interaction—meeting new people every event, hearing real feedback, seeing that first reaction when someone takes a bite… that’s everything to me. That energy, that connection, that experience, that’s what keeps people coming back and what keeps us getting booked again and again. This isn’t just food, it’s a whole vibe.
