Born In Brooklyn food truck is owned and operated by Scott Rothman, who launched the truck to share family recipes and the energy of his Brooklyn roots. With early encouragement from his mother, Chef Leslie, Scott built the business around fresh ingredients, handcrafted dishes, and a high-energy service model.
