With a deep passion for authentic Mexican cuisine, he started the business in 2020 to bring traditional, slow-cooked barbacoa and other family-style dishes to San Diego. He oversees every aspect of the truck, from recipe development to quality control, ensuring each dish is flavorful, fresh, and made with care.
